Founded in 2009 by professionals in the flooring industry, Flortec Ltd has grown confidently over the last decade, supplying commercial flooring across Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey and throughout the UK. We are proud to have highly skilled flooring and tiling installation teams placed throughout the UK, to support clients nationally.

Flortec Ltd are experts in the supply and installation of commercial flooring. Our product range includes ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiling as well as all floor finishes including carpets, luxury vinyl tiles, resilient flooring and timber. We have completed many prestigious and large-scale commercial flooring projects, from office fit outs, to education, healthcare and defence.

About Us

As flooring contractors, our estimators work closely with construction teams, to offer market leading specification and pricing support from an early stage. We ensure that challenging timescales for tender submission are met, while offering our product expertise to assist in choosing the right flooring for both specification and budget!

When we’re awarded a subcontract, our Contracts Managers work closely with the site team to deliver a quality, defect free flooring installation which is safe, on time and on budget.

Our end user clients enjoy the same unparalleled service from the project’s inception. We assist with choosing the perfect products to meet your design, safety, quality and budget requirements, and provide a seamless installation that not only looks exceptional, but offers durability that lasts years.

Our installation teams work sympathetically on-site & within the workplace to eliminate disruption and downtime. On completion we make recommendations on how to look after your installation and are able to provide aftercare & maintenance services if required.
